A private hot tub and off-street parking are included at no extra charge, with EV charging also available. The annex is entirely self-contained with its own courtyard entrance. Pets welcome.
Downstairs — entering from the courtyard, café-style windows flood the open-plan living space with natural light. To the left is a lounging area with chaise longue sofa, dining table, and a TV with Amazon Fire Stick and Freeview. Opposite sits an island kitchen with induction hob, downdraft extractor, fridge/freezer, sink, and oven, with a washing machine tucked beneath the stairs. A delightfully decorated WC sits to the right.
Upstairs — a solid oak staircase leads to the first-floor bedroom, dressed with a king-sized bed, two bedside cabinets, and a hamper for storage. Two electric Velux skylights and Juliet balcony doors overlooking the courtyard bathe the room in light. A luxurious high-pressure shower cubicle completes the floor, fed by a closed-loop hot water system.
Top-quality designer fittings are used throughout. The sofa can sleep a third guest if needed — just ask and we'll provide extra towels and crockery.
